2026 Academic Conference on Low-Carbon Energy and Smart Grids
The 2026 Academic Conference on Low-Carbon Energy and Smart Grids (LCESG 2026) will be held from July 24 to 26, 2026, in Dezhou, China. The conference is sponsored by Shandong Huayu University of Technology and organized by the School of Energy and Architectural Engineering of the same institution. It aims to bring together researchers, engineers, and industry professionals to exchange recent advances in low-carbon energy and smart grid technologies.
LCESG 2026 will cover two main tracks: Low-Carbon Energy Systems and Smart Grids and Power Systems. Topics include renewable energy, energy conversion and storage, thermodynamic analysis, carbon reduction technologies, and energy materials, as well as smart grid modeling, power system analysis, power electronics, distributed energy resources, energy management, and monitoring technologies. Contributions involving modeling, simulation, and experimental studies are encouraged.
All submissions will undergo a rigorous peer-review process to ensure academic quality. The conference will provide a platform for academic exchange and promote the development of sustainable energy systems and low-carbon technologies.
All deadlines are 23:59 (UTC+8) on the specified dates
We warmly invite researchers, academics, and industry professionals worldwide to contribute their latest original research, case studies, and practical insights.
Track One: Low-Carbon Energy Systems
Track Two: Smart Grids and Power Systems
All submissions will undergo a double-blind peer review by 2-3 experts in relevant fields. Acceptance will be based on the quality of the paper and satisfactory revisions in response to reviewers’ comments. Accepted papers, following proper registration and presentation, will be included in the conference proceedings and submitted for indexing in EI Compendex and Scopus.
